Power Walking is a "Walk Aerobics"- think Leslie Sansone. It's a series of multi-muscle movements that are non-joint-jarring set to a specific beats per minute music. This class is exactly what you need if you have joint aches and pains that limit your daily function. This class is taught by Christine Fronk.
Small Group Training
Personal training that is still personal but yet easy on the wallet. This class will be limited to 3-4 people looking for camaraderie, knowledge, personalization and a safe, effective and fun workout! This class will meet 2 times per week for 4 weeks.
3 People - $30 a class per person
4 People - $25 a class per person
