FITNESS CLASSES / CIRCUIT TRAINING
What is Circuit Training?
Circuit training is a fast-paced, high-intensity class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. Think of it like a game where everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and where the instructor will switch your exercise and everyone moves to the next free station. Our Circuit Training classes are all about variety. Using body weight with serveral different exercise tools in one single class you can be assured of a well balanced workout.
EXERCISES INVOLVED IN CIRCUIT TRAINING
